Hotel Elegant Kathmandu Inn Reviews

To be honest, this is the first time I have written so much. The purpose is to remind Chinese people to consider carefully when choosing a hotel. I booked it after reading Ctrip reviews, but I felt like I was deceived. The hotel's communication in Chinese and English was not smooth enough. I contacted the hotel in advance and someone who understood Chinese (later I found out that he was from a travel agency, but I didn't understand the relationship) offered to pick him up from the airport. When he arrived at the airport, he said that he would take a taxi and ask them for reimbursement, but he didn't give it. Reported, lazy quarrel, finally sent off. We booked for four nights. When we arrived on the first day, we were told that there was no room available. After long negotiations, we found a temporary hotel that was dirty, shabby, smelly, had no elevator, was small, and would not give refunds. I could speak Chinese the next day. When he arrived, he made arrangements to return to his home. The outside environment of the hotel is okay, the room is small, no one cleans the room, and there are small red ants. The breakfast is Western food, which is okay, and the room price is not low. The first three pictures are of temporary hotels.
