An Exceptional Stay 😍😍 My stay at Shuvatara Suites & Spa was truly exceptional, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The location is excellent. It is in a peaceful and quiet area, away from the noise and congestion of central Kathmandu, while still being conveniently located for exploring the city at the center of Thamal . One of the highlights for me was the beautiful view towards the Himalayas, especially from the hotel. Waking up to such a view was a wonderful experience. The room was more than excellent, spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to cleanliness and detail was impressive. But what truly makes this hotel special is the team. From the reception team to the restaurant staff and everyone else working at the hotel, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They didn't feel like just a hotel team; they made me feel like I was staying with a family. One small gesture particularly impressed me: every time when I was late for breakfast, the hotel actually called my room to check on me and make sure everything was okay. This level of personal attention is something you rarely experience, and it shows how much they genuinely care about their guests. Every interaction with the staff was warm and respectful. They were always ready to help, answer questions, arrange things when needed, and make sure I was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very good, the restaurant staff were attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. After several days of exploring Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Kirtipur and the surrounding areas, coming back to Shuvatara Suites & Spa felt like coming back to a quiet and comfortable home. A beautiful hotel, an excellent location, a wonderful view, exceptional cleanliness, and most importantly, a truly outstanding team. I would 100% recommend Shuvatara Suites & Spa to anyone visiting Kathmandu. If I return to Nepal in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again. The staff here is incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. They offer free luggage storage and drop-off services at the airport. Even when I was about to take off, they wished me good luck with a small scarf. I highly recommend staying here. I think I’ll be staying here again when I travel to Kathmandu next time.

Good Hotel,Good location, good view

it was same as photo though the size could be misleading, black water came out from the room where hotel staff were asked to follow at once though left the water for me to clean up myself room electricity suplly was stop twice on the last night due to unknown reason.. staff including the reservation manager were very helpful but i will explore other hotel next time if available

This was an amazing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. They helped us book our bus ride to Pokhara and get a taxi to the bus station. Breakfast was served in the rooftop with views of the city. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Kathmandu.
