The following are real pictures and videos taken by me when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into the room that day. Hotel location: Kathmandu has inconvenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. See pictures of bedding and linens. No disposable slippers are provided. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is no dry and wet separation. Breakfast: It is self-service to look at the pictures by yourself. Hotel service staff: Personally I think they are very service-minded and quite careless during the stay.

The location is perfect, and the service is exquisite especially from Sujal, Robin, and Binod. They can organize your stay starting from giving proper info, tours, and transportation. They even exceeded my expectations and organized my stay in Pokhara.
