The staff is impeccably gracious, helpful, friendly, and seems to know just what you want before you even ask. Breakfasts are a treat, shops and busy downtown. Amazing experience I love this hotel

The bed sheets and pillow were unclean, it was hard to sleep with dirty sheets on. The place is so loud you can't sleep peacefully. Although staff are good.

Good staff and service too. I boom through trip.com and it was very decent price for single bed room. Staff were very helpful and they don’t hesitate to follow the guide of customer and very happy to serve them.

The room was very bad, there was nothing in it but lights, the bed covers and sheets were very dirty, the location of the hotel was hard to find, and I asked around but many people didn't know this hotel. Finally I found a policeman on duty nearby to help me take me to this hotel in an alley. The shared bathroom was also very dirty, there was no hot water, and the flush toilet was also very dirty. It was very late and I was very tired, so I didn't take any pictures, I just went to bed with my clothes on, and left early in the morning. Anyway, you get what you pay for, but the hygiene is very poor.

Right next to the hot pot restaurant, the room smells, no air conditioning or fan, hot water in the shower, and the second night's stay costs 1000 NZD, haha
