It’s my first time in Zanzibar, I spent two nights at this hotel and a night in another hotel, all I can say is that this hotel is wonderful, rooms are clean, food is nice and above all the staffs are lovely, very friendly and helpful, I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but I can give a high thumb for the staffs of Toa hotel, The General Manager, Lucas that received me upon arrival and the best of all The Front Desk Manager ESTHER, thanks a lot for the hibiscus Juice the day I arrived and the last cup you gave me before I leave, you never knew but it’s my best and I’ll come back for it again in sha Allah.
You gave me free wine lucky I don’t drink alcohol I had to return it back to you, thank you so much and I’ll recommend thousands to use your hotel if I have to and I’m sure you’ll never let them down.

Toa Zanzibar is the place to be....We had an amazing time . The staff, food and ambience ...wonderful!. our room was the best and very clean. Thank you so much for the amazing time. If you are looking to have an amazing time, I would recommend you choose Toa Zanzibar.

Lovely staff — very kind people, especially Madam Sega, who looked after us and made sure we were enjoying our stay at Toa. The food was great, and our room was wonderful, overlooking the garden. The bathroom was huge, almost as big as the bedroom! I will definitely visit again with my family.

The facilities were top-notch, and everything—from the lobby to the dining areas—felt fresh and well-maintained. Verry nice hotel with a great quality buffet. The wheelchair adepted room is spacious but a little challeging if you have a big wheelchair becous of the glass walls and doors in the bathroom (Also the handelbars could use some maintenance). although the ramps are a bit steep they go all the way up to the beach.

TOA is quite the magic place for relaxation, with a loving atmosphere that allows lovers to express and enjoy a romantic experience. It is a smaller boutique resort which allows for a more intimate experience. It was an hour drive away from the airport, just far enough away from the traffic and noise of the vibrant city. The room was always cleaned well and was very comfortable. The staff service was excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. The entire team really made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast is the main highlight of the meals each day. The value was reasonable when compared to neighboring resorts.
