"Arrived and was given a room with ants in the bedroom and bathroom. Fortunately, this was resolved after 1 day by giving us another room. Kitchen is substandard. Only freshly cut fruit available at breakfast. Canned fruit or pieces of fruit during the day. Zero variation: pizza, pasta every evening. And for warm vegetables, sprouts or broccoli mix every day. So little variation. Salad bar also quite poor and minimal. If you are unlucky in the afternoon you will have to wait more than 30 minutes for new pizza... because there is little choice again. Cocktails are not ok. Very watery and little taste! We were forced to go elsewhere. This way the all-in can be profitable... yet such things don't last! In the restaurant 2 wine tabs, one side of the wine had a bad taste. Solution had it just swapped places! Not OK! Probably in the hope that it would still be drunk. It is the 2nd Plava Laguna chain. First time different hotel with Hp and satisfied. Now very dissatisfied!!! Such a pity!"

"ROOM 546/547 connecting room; - Air conditioning did not work, very hot in the rooms! 26 gr! Reported, nothing could be done. We have stayed in the room 4 days out of 7 without properly working air conditioning. - Both safes did not work, did not open (solved after reporting to reception). - Maintenance of the room below par. - Shower cabin in room 247, does not close and edges are broken. - Shower cabin in room 246 leaks, leaving bathroom floor wet. - Cobwebs on both rooms in different places. - Room 247: the power cables are clearly and visible along the door; during stay sealed by handyman without reporting to us. - Terrace: dirty and dirty not maintained. - Sinks in both bathrooms; damaged, not the same as showen On website. - Park view is at these rooms, broken trees without any piece of greenery. SWIMMING POOL; Dirty and smelly water, children have ear infections from both the water of the aqua park and the large swimming pool. Poor maintenance resulting in missing tiles and broken spots. Brown edge in the pool that you could wipe away with your hands, why don't the lifeguards (they only look at their phones or each other) or maintenance people do that? DINNER ROOM; Staff does what they can but there is not enough control by managers, so work is slow and nothing is seen. Food should not be left on the floor, spilled drinks or food should be cleaned up in no time, which was not the case! Food itself is fine. Too little space to dine outside and if you can get a seat outside you have to watch out that your chair does not sink through the sides of the terrace, broken edges everywhere on the wooden planks. "Wonderful stay, perfect for families with children. I want to disagree with the reviews that speak of an older facility and a subpar buffet: the facility is spotless, fragrant, and welcoming. The food is excellent; there are obviously some good and some not-so-good options, but the selection is so vast that it's impossible not to find something good to eat. Some items are truly delicious. All the staff are very friendly. There are endless attractions for children, but also for adults who want to have fun! There's something for everyone! Children up to 12 years old also have a sort of all-inclusive plan: they eat lunch alone in a dedicated area, have self-service drinks almost all afternoon, and even ice cream for a snack. Drinks at dinner are included for everyone. I also had a massage, and I must say it was a real treat! Soft lighting, music, and a skilled, quiet masseuse. The hotel, though I'd prefer to call it a resort, also has a couple of shops, ALC restaurants, indoor play areas, a kids' club, a spa... and it's also just steps from the sea! What can I say, the only oddity I found was the sink in our suite (we stayed at the hotel): it wasn't in the bathroom, but on the carpet, overlooking the hallway... And the lack of a bidet... But these are trivial details that don't detract from my rating of this place, which I can only describe as perfect. Of course, when making a judgment, it must be based on the place you're evaluating: you can't expect to find the same food standards or the same architecture as in Italy: each place is different and has its own style. This is obviously highly recommended!"

"Do yourself a favor and don’t go there. We got there on the 30th of April. We checked in and went to our assigned apartment. Upon arrival we already felt lied to - it was not how it looked in the pictures. False advertising. I’m sure we got assigned those bad houses because we were young and we don’t matter. The apartment complex was in terrible condition. It looked like it hasn’t been renovated since the cold war. The ceiling looked like it was about to fall off, the door looked like it would break immediately if someone tried to break in. I didn’t feel safe to let my more expensive belongings there. Next to the door was also a window which sheds couldn’t close - I felt like anyone could come and just look at me. The apartment did smell nice, but I just felt like it was to cover something up. There were million bugs and spiders in the apartment. It was really not comfortable. The sheets were dirty and had holes in them. The bathroom had mold in it. And if that’s not bad, the apartment had no heating whatsoever. At night it was 6/7°C outside and I bet we had the same temperature in. We were shaking the entire night, we were dressed in 2 hoodies, 2 pants and 2 pairs of socks each. We had both of those dirty blankets on and we almost froze. It got so bad we had to go heat up ourselves in our car at 5 am. Another big problem was also the loud music and screaming. People were drinking, yelling and blasting really loud music the whole night until around 4 am. We probably slept for 2h because of all the factors. The reception was supposed to be available 24/7, but when we called at night to complain about the loud noises, no one picked up. We then decided to go to the reception and the man behind the desk told us to wait for 3h for the manager to get there. Those 3h were a real torture, but we still wanted to get to the bottom of this. Then when we got there 3h later, the manager was not even there. They even told us that we have to resolve this matter with an agency we reserved the stay with. They could have told us this 3h earlier! They were really unprofessional and have absolutely no idea how to treat a customer. They never replied to any of our complaints, except that the loud music was normal because it’s 1st of May - most places like this do not allow noice after 10 pm and due to reading other reviews I can see this not just an issue around the 1st of May. Not being able to sleep due to people violently screaming and blasting music is not normal for this kind of accommodation/grounds. There are renovated houses on the grounds as well (they looked renovated on the outside), but not knowing which one you will get and all the music and loud noises are just not it."

"Terrible experience. Very dated structure and very poor cleaning. Booked an apartment for 4 people, defined as 4 star superior. Presentation video on the site and images very different from reality. Please let's not talk about stars! Stained sofa bed with a 5cm mattress on it without even a cover and sheets placed on top. Stained linen. Broken furniture. Dust everywhere. Greasy remote controls with crumbs inside the buttons. Very small bathroom with slippery 70s tiles. Tiny corner shower. Double bedroom with 50cm on the sides of the bed. Air conditioning at the entrance above the door, only one split that cools the hallway but nothing in the bedrooms (very hot). Balcony with dirt everywhere and a wasp's nest. Common areas in poor condition, rusty and ruined street furniture, internal services unusable because too crowded and inadequate in terms of capacity for the number of guests present."
