This hotel is located in the historical center of Katowice. The TV without any Italian channel, there is no boiler or frigobar. The comfortable bed but the coats are not, in my opinion, a good thing because it is like not having them .. The room is not ordered daily , if necessary , the reception must be required . Breakfast is served in a room next to the reception, a buffet with some sweet or salad pity, lack of choice and quality. The price of breakfast is not a nice price ( EUR 6 ) but it would be better to pay a little more and have more choice for buffet and quality products . The hotel is also available in the reception and is available for drinks including water. The person who is eager to breakfast is not careful and shocked (he does not even answer good morning despite having said it every morning when I made breakfast). In conclusion, it is a good solution for those who are looking for a structure in the center of Katowice with a good price quality ratio, but if I should return to price equality I would probably try another structure. Excellent location right across the main train station. The hotel is very clean, great, friendly, professional service. Room was equipped with all needed essentials, very comfortable bed!!!! Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices for everyone. Staff recommended very good polish restaurant located just 5 min walk from the hotel. Will stay again.

Stayed many times. Affordable distance to the park. Walking near the weekend. Good place to go. There is a gymnasium on the ground floor. There is a small sauna in the gym but no one is free. The hotel has a good restaurant. It is not expensive, but the breakfast is expensive. The only distance from the city center. Approximately 15-20 Polish dollars for a taxi farther away

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

Beautiful location of the hotel, very convenient access from the motorway. Close to the centre of Katowice and legendary Spodek. Very comfortable beds, nice room with interesting view. In the morning, delicious, varied food awaits guests at breakfast. You can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. I am delighted with my stay at the hotel.

I am visiting Katowice for nearly 9 years and have stayed in this hotel over a 100 times. Because of the pandemic not been there for a long time. However, really good to be back. Still one of the, if not the best hotel in Katowice. Efficient check in, parking underground, 5 minute walk to city center, standard business oriented rooms, good breakfast, some nice dinner options if you are not going out and a nice bar area. Only downside, especially in Summer, most rooms do not have blinds.

Very kind and helpful staff, dark curtains so we could sleep very well, big room and so much space for our rabbit to run and explore, wonderful fitness center and swimming pool with saunas and our car was parked right in front of the hotel

Ibis Budget Katowice Centrum or as i would call them ibkc in a great place if u want to stay a week or 9 nine days at max. It’s close to the Novotel restaurant and Mariacka. Mariacka is a street full of restaurants, pubs and a discotheque. I stayed here for 14 days and could easy go to the pkp or railwaystation, galeria katowice, chorzów for the second biggest inside of a city green lung of Europ Park Sląśki. Either can you easy get to spodek (english for Saucer but rather looks like an ufo or somekind. So if u are coming here for a week to max 9 days you’ll have the time of your life i guarentee u that

Here right very much liked the hotel!!! Excellent service, chic cleanest room with a large bedroom and very large bathroom with perfect clean bathroom, towels, coats! Bedding is perfect! There is a teapot, coffee and tea in the cost of the room, and here the full bar is certainly for the extra charge... a chic view from the window! And in general, who wants to be comfortable, beautiful and elegant to rest for the minimum price(price for the room is pleasant) - I highly recommend this hotel Park Hot Diamond in Katowice! Don't regret and will be satisfied!!! Breakfast unfortunately didn't manage to try because there was a very early flight... Although very wanted! Restaurant in the hotel on the top floor and from there even better view opens (I just went there to see their restaurateur)..
