Excellent Hotel absolute value for money, neat and clean, in the heart of the city,definitely my fav at KATRA. FRIENDLY STAFF. Well maintained rooms, some with view of Mata Vaishno shrine. Evenings we can see the beautiful hills all lit up.

The property was very beautiful. Room was very big and very neat and clean .the hotel mountview staff is very professional and yes their concierge is good .my bus was very late in the night and I had whole so they allowed me to wait in the hotel untill my bus time comes and they also served me with tea and water during that time without any charges.i am very happy to experience such good hospitality.Hotel Manger and all staff very helpfull and cooperative.i would highly recommend a very good location and a highly service able staff .

We are truly happy to stay here at Mount View hotel at Katra. Management is very good. Rooms are nice. Food is tasty. Everything is very good. Mata vaishno devi darshan mountain view is really very beautiful from rooms. Location is near by railway station Katra
