This was pretty good location, it’s very nearby Katy mills and Walmart, easy for getting the food, and the room was clean.

The hotel is located next to the Katy Mills commercial center and the transportation is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy as soon as I entered, the breakfast the next morning was also good, and the front desk was also very friendly. Check-out was also very convenient. But after checking in, the towels didn't seem very clean, I hope it can be improved.

I bought a model house in Houston, and there are more than twenty days left before the delivery date, so I have been living in a hotel. At first, the front desk staff of this hotel said that they could not clean the room every day and could only clean it every other day. Considering the trouble of moving around with a 21-month-old baby, I accepted the cleaning every other day. But I requested new bath towels and towels every day. In the first half month, they did well. Later I stayed for a few more days. Because the room had been cleaned the day before, the towels should have been changed that day. However, when it was 4:30 in the afternoon, no one came to change the towels. I went to the front desk to communicate, and the staff said that the room would be cleaned every three days, and each time the towels were changed, I needed to go to the hotel front desk to inform it before 10 am that day. And said that the staff who cleaned the room today had already left work. I think it's unreasonable. I'm a frequent guest of the hotel. The hotel rules change at any time. What's more infuriating is that they clearly knew that there were two adults and two children living in my room. When I went to change the towels and bath towels, they only gave me one bath towel... On the other hand, the hotel allows pets to stay. If you mind, don't choose this one. There are many large dogs. I was almost attacked by dogs twice outside the elevator... Not to mention that I brought my baby 🍼 The overall stay experience was very bad. I have also stayed in other hotels in the United States. People who never write reviews! I really give this store a bad review! ! !
