"The room was spacious, and staff cleaned it daily. Breakfast was average. The air conditioning in the room was very cold and couldn't be adjusted. The odor was quite strong. There were two elevators; one was out of order, and the other had been broken for several days with a notice stating it was unavailable. There's a Walmart supermarket, Chinese restaurants, and Japanese sushi restaurants nearby, making it convenient and suitable for travelers on extended business trips. If the hotel lobby were brighter, the odor less noticeable, and the elevators in better condition, it would be a more upscale hotel."

"Red Lion Inn & Suites Katy We stayed at this hotel for a short period while settling in after moving to the U.S., and it turned out to be a safe and convenient place to stay. The area feels safe, and there are stores nearby, which is very helpful if you don’t have permanent housing yet. If you need a place to stay for one or two weeks — like we did while looking for apartments — this hotel is a reasonable and practical option. Our room had a kitchen, but it’s important to note that there is no cookware or utensils provided. There were no dishes, no kettle, no plates, and no forks or spoons. If you plan to cook in the room, you should be prepared to buy everything you need. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the stay met expectations for a 2-star hotel. Breakfast is very basic, so it’s better not to rely on it too much. It includes cereal, toast, milk, muffins, butter, and jam."

"Booking was quick and easy. The male receptionist at the front desk was friendly. The room was comfortable but not very soundproof; when other rooms opened or closed their doors, I always felt like someone was touching my door. The microwave and refrigerator were located right next to the bathroom door, in a narrow corner between the bathroom and the room door. The cleanliness was acceptable. The breakfast selection was limited; hot dishes included scrambled eggs, sausages, potato chunks, and red bean paste."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There's absolutely no room service, and I found dead cockroaches and hair in the bathroom. The nightstand drawers in the room couldn't be closed, and neither could the cabinets in the living room. The light in the living room/dining area was broken, and one of the rooms had a sudden, loud noise every 10 to 15 minutes."
