Nice hotel in Kausani. Beautiful view from balcony and restaurant. Awesome Himalayan range view from balcony. Food was great but limited options. All staffs are great , ready to help with a big smile. Bathroom was packed with all necessary toiletries but towel must replace with new set. Management promised to replace entire hotel towel very soon. . Will recommend to my friends and families and hopefully will come back again.

From the moment we arrived at Pratiksha Himalayan Retreat in Kausani, the service was remarkable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, addressing every request quickly and cheerfully. Our group occupied a mix of newer and slightly older rooms, but the consistent cleanliness across all was noteworthy. A highlight was the exceptional effort made to prepare a late-night meal for our party of fifteen. We were so grateful to arrive to freshly made rotis and a spread of truly delicious dishes. This high standard extended to the breakfast, which was equally impressive. Our rooms were generously sized and spotlessly maintained, and the views were simply breathtaking.

I stayed in the property for 2 nights. The service was good but the attitude of the manager was terrible, seems he is paying us for staying there. Mountain view from rooms is okay but the hotel situated bit lower side of kausani. Specially if you are staying on -2 & -1 level. No activity happened on 31st night except bonfire. Overall poor experience and not recommended.

Room is very good as per expectations and staff is very humble & helpful. Definitely recommend this one for family. Also, just fyi, nainital has hotels at very steep climb, though the vehicles even suv reaches the hotel, if one has aged parents then it will not be very easy to travel up & down as most probably after parking car you would like to walk down or hire bike taxi to and from mall road and surrounding areas.

Stayed for 1 night. Very nicely decorated spacious room. Himalaya was visible right from the glass window and balcony, location was easily accessible, food was very tasty. We had an early checkout next day, the staff is very cooperative, they arranged our breakfast early. Next time I would like to stay few more days there.

Beautiful hotel with views of himalaya. Rooms directly facing himalayan range. Food served is excellent. Breakfast excellent. Heater provided in the room. Bed sheets and other items are clean. Staff v cooperative. Hotel v near to tea garden and temple. Enjoyed our stay

Maybe it was due to off season and staff shortage but the food was barely edible. Bedsheet was torn, tt table and bat were broken. Had to cut our stay from 2 nights to 1. Requested the front desk if they could adjust the food bill in second night amount but it was denied. Would not recommend this property in off season.
