daughter booked this so I'd no idea it's a party place, dreaded it but to be honest the place was lovely and the owners were very polite and the staff were lovely, got rooms cleaned no problems . Would definitely go again but not in October as I got bitten a lot...... No fault of the place, it's the weather Lots of nice places and beach was nice.

After a great week in Kavos, my daughter and 2 friends were met on check out of this hotel by the owner Dimitris. He claimed they had soiled a mattress, and towels like a few reviews left here by young people. He wanted €200 and was withholding a passport if someone who was waiting for a transfer. Guided by our Greek friend in the UK, who phoned the hotel, my daughter phoned the police. Apparently Dimitris said their passport was in the next town and they had to get a bus to retrieve it and he had negotiated with the police a €100 fine for damages. The passport was not at the police station. He lied. The hotel also refused my daughter to take photos of said damages and said they could no longer access the room. They paid €100 euros to get their passport back and when they paid, the owner Dimitris shouted ‘the British come here and get drunk and ruin his mattresses’. I advise any young person to avoid this hotel. The owner is a bully and will target young people. The sheets and towels were changed once in the week they stayed there (3 girls) and they were forced to pay to get their passport back.
