The hotel is a converted old factory building with a restaurant and bar on the first floor, which is quite lively at night. The indoor temperature is rather low. The room size and amenities are acceptable. Snacks are provided in the room for a fee, but there are no complimentary fruits or desserts. The area around the hotel has many art districts, and there are homeless people shouting and acting strangely. There are also bus stops... Walking alone isn't very safe. Although there are police officers assisting in maintaining order, it's still recommended to choose main roads or electric scooters if you're walking alone. There are BBQ restaurants nearby, but the experience is just average; they offer overly sweet American-style grilled dishes.

This hotel is also one of the most unique hotels in Kansas. Converted from an old building, the lobby and rooms have been renovated in a distinctive and unique way.

Wonderful stay overall. Perfect for access to KC Soccer fan club and stadium… streetcar just 2 blocks away. Lovely coffee shop across the street. Highly recommend this hotel for discerning travelers

No microwave was astonishing. No ice machine on the floor was also a problem (waited 20 mins for ice from reception). Bed is definitely outdated and uncomfortable. Disappointing that nothing was complimentary (I guess the ice and soap were). The bathroom and shower were great. Soaps were great. We loved the silence. The staffs energy and optimism could improve as well.

I always enjoy my stays at The Crossroads. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms surpass all of my needs. I love that they have rotating art installations and great, vegetarian-friendly food.

The property is such a cool space with great art and furnishing in a renovated warehouse. Very comfortable for working, hanging out, and watching the world cup games. The staff were excellent: welcoming, kind, and helpful. One person in our group sprained an ankle off property and upon our areas val.we asked for ice and they promptly delivered a bag of crushed ice and an extra pillow to elevate with to.our room
