The hotel was very clean and located right where we wanted to be. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle service which took us wherever we wanted to go in a 1 mile radius.

If you stay in downtown Kansas City for work, it's overall okay. The hotel facilities are old and many of them are worn out. Breakfast in the morning was not very good.

We stayed at the hotel on a Saturday and Sunday… Everything in the hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so I cannot rate that. Many things accessible, such as restaurants, sports bars, shopping, etc. Transportation was close by, but we did not use it. But if we had needed it, it would’ve been very convenient. Everything was outstanding and we would definitely stay again!
