Shuttle to/from Haneda Airport: The shuttle bus service to the airport is incredibly convenient and, despite being free, is impeccably managed. Facilities: Very new and well-equipped, with a cafe downstairs offering a great view. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Quiet. Service: Excellent.

Convenient hotel to stay if you have an early flight to catch. Free shuttle bus to & from Airport & Kawasaki station was convenient. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean and spacious enough for two large suitcases to open comfortably. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport and Kawasaki Station was incredibly convenient.

A spacious hotel with a unique industrial design. Amenities and night gowns provided. We found the shuttle bus from Kawasaki station quite easily, following the directions on the hotel's website. The area is remote from the hustle and bustle of the city, but there are some combinis and dining spots around, plus restaurants in the hotel itself. Would love to stay there again

The room has an industrial decor. Although it's not large, the layout is very efficient. The front desk staff can speak English, which was a plus. The only issue was figuring out where to catch the hotel shuttle; I had to contact Ctrip customer service for help with that. The staff at the fifth-floor restaurant were also excellent, very polite, and even enthusiastically helped me take a night view photo.

Very close to the airport, which is super convenient. They can even pick you up from T3. The environment is great, and the stay was very pleasant. Highly recommended!

This is my second stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near Haneda Airport, and there's a bus to Kawasaki Station. The setting by the Tamagawa River is beautiful. I'll definitely come back again. The breakfast buffet is also quite good!

Beyond my expectations! The panoramic view of the river is magnificent! Breakfast buffet provides choiced Japanese food and excellent coffee.

Shuttle bus no need reservation from airport, but to airport please get a voucher at front desk and give it to driver before on board. Quite close to HND. convenience store most close one is 7-11, it closes at 11pm. At lobby, there are lot of amenities. Public bath in the hotel is hygenic.

suitable for anyone who arrived late in Hanada airport. They have regular shuttle bus to airport/ kawasaki, although it can get very crowded that you cant even board the bus.

The rooms aren't huge, but the beds are incredibly comfortable. There's a free airport shuttle service daily. Finding the shuttle stop at the airport can be a bit tricky, but when leaving the hotel in the morning, you just line up right outside the entrance.

Overall is very good, but the double bed is pretty small, i believe it is around 1.2 m width. needed to upgrade to a bigger room on the night.

Comfortable amount of space for Japanese hotel - was quite easy for us to manage with 2 suitcases and carry ons. Beds comfortable - pyjamas and slippers were provided. Very clean. Private bathroom with excellent hot water and pressure. Air-conditioning and free WiFi works well. Building and amenities lovely. They have coin laundry with microwaves, smoking area, and public bath available to use. Didn't get to use the public baths as we arrived overnight and were leaving early. Nice view over the water of city lights at night. Front desk staff friendly and helpful with decent English skills. Was easily able to check in with them after arriving at the hotel around 1am-ish. Shuttle bus to/from airport and major train/transit station (Kawasaki station). Very close to the airport, easy/cheap to get a taxi to the hotel from the airport if you arrive after the shuttle stops running. Buffet breakfast is very worth it, one of the 2 best hotel breakfast buffets we had on the trip - good variety of foods and desserts, all delicious. Especially loved the sliced steak, scrambled eggs and mochi/dango desserts with a sweet sauce. Would stay again!

If you need a hotel near the airport, this is the one. We stayed here for a night after arriving in Tokyo from a long flight from LHR. Their shuttle service was excellent—not only to and from the airport but also to the main station, where you can easily connect to public transport into central Tokyo. The mixed Western and Japanese breakfast was fantastic and well worth the price. The surrounding area also looks like a great place to explore by bicycle, which you can rent directly from the hotel if you have more time. If we return to Japan, we’ll definitely stay here again.
