Booked a room for my daughter and me. Couldn't find a twin room when booking, so we settled for a semi-double, but they changed it to a twin at check-in. The water pressure was weak, making showers take a long time. The room also had a lot of dust, and the lock was broken, which was a hassle.

Honestly after reading all the awful reviews on Google map I was a bit afraid how my experience at this hotel would turn out. They gave me an impression like this hotel has an extensive hygiene issue. Frequently mentioned complaints there included foul smell in the bathroom, weak shower pressure, black stains on the bathroom curtain, unclean room (trash in some room corners), smelly towels, and scattered stairs. I will write my teatimonial as to if these were actually the case. 1) foul smell in the bathroom Yes the bathroom smelled slightly, though it was bearable for me just for one night. Yet this it the main reason I'm not going to book this hotel again 2) weak shower pressure Somehow yes but it was minor and didn't cause any inconvenience 3) black stains on the bathroom curtain Yes there were some such stains, although slight 4) unclean room Well I didn't try to look for trash in all the hidden corners of the room. So I don't know. They might've been there. But at least the places that came into my view were tidy 5) smelly towels They smelled kinda weird but maybe I felt that way because I was prejudiced. I don't know, which means either way it wasn't of a big issue 6) scattered stairs Yes there were some stuff put there but they weren't blocking the passage at all and mainly just some utensils (not like trash bags) so I didn't see any problem Overall, all those comments on Google map were mostly somehow true but probable to a less extent than what they say. For me it was a bearable experience just for a one night stay, though I prefer not to come back

It's worth the price. The facilities are dilapidated. The building is old. The rooms are cleaned every three days, so if you're planning on staying multiple nights, it's best to avoid it. The cleaning was also pretty sloppy, with trash left on the floor. It's an option for those who are happy just to sleep.

When I entered the room, the smell of sewage filled the air. When I flushed the toilet, it smelled of sulfur. There was a lot of dust all over the room, which made me feel unwell.

You can be old, but not broken. The lights flicker and the switches are dented. The environment inside the store is dirty and messy. It says there is breakfast, but tell me when you get there. The staff, especially the male owner, are indifferent. It says that the room will be cleaned every three days, but it was not cleaned once in the six days I stayed. The only advantage is that it is cheap, but it is still not cost-effective.

It's been a year since my last visit to Kanto. I had a great time. The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the station. There was also an Okinawa festival nearby and it smelled delicious.
