Near to the mall road and gives a heritage feel . Nice ambience. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast spead was okay. The staff were good and nice place for kids. Instagram worthy spots to click some amazing pics. Evening walk in the mall road and exploring the place is easy.

Most amazing and comfortable place to stay. I always loved it. While everything is perfect best part is food Enjoyed Yummy and healthy food from breakfast to dinner . Enjoyed the company of Well trained staff with polite and cute behaviour ☺️

We stayed in Ripon suite, the top most premium suite. Overall experience was lovely. It's a heritage property converted into hotel. It is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious with amenities like 24 x 7 hot water, tea/Coffee maker, minibar, toiletries, AC, heaters, king sized bed. The room was clean, neatly maintained. There was some stink (sort of dampness)initially, but it was gone in few minutes with fans kept ON. The staff was very friendly, courteous and eager to help. Checkin , checkout process was seamless. room service was prompt. Calls were attended quickly. The food was excellent, portions were good. Multi cuisine variety was available. Buffet Breakfast spread was good. The property has huge car park, spa, bar, swimming pool. It was throughout raining outside and very cloudy but very serene atmosphere. Tuesdays there is local market and the last approach road is closed. One needs to park nearby and walk to the hotel. It's just 2 mins walk. The hotel staff helped us to park the car and carry luggage to hotel. Overall, it was wonderful experience. 2 points for improvement- Matresses are very soft. Hard mattress option should be available for someone who like hard beds. Minibar though complimentary can have more and better items.

The hotel stay is really beautiful. Its surrounded by greens and has a nice breezy vibe. The rooms are clean and comfy. The food here is yummy and they have variety of options. I loved their breakfast items. I would absolutely recommend this place for vacationing with family or friends.

Pleasant stay, everything went well. Only slight confusion in the beginning before checking in with regards to the room location and upgrade cost required to be paid upfront. The food quality and service was excellent. It has significantly improved from the earlier stay at the same property.

After spending so much for a suite room, both room and services were good to average. The hotel is at a great location and good amenities, kids would love it. But i feel they lack in services and hospitality big time. They failed to make us feel happy and satisfied. I feel it’s not a VFM.
