"Firstly, the hotel service was quite good, I was quite satisfied. Also, the room had a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains. However, the price-performance ratio was really just average. Firstly, the cleanliness was so-so; the washbasin didn't seem to be properly cleaned, with some residue from the previous guest (on the faucet handle). Secondly, the facilities were somewhat inferior to those in China. The location was fairly convenient."

"Structure strategically positioned as it is a 5 minute drive from the airport while the center of Kayseri (castle and bazaar) are a 10 minute walk. The rooms are basic but clean, I recommend asking for a room that does not overlook the main road, even if it is warmer due to the exposure you will not have car noise and you will enjoy a better view. A slightly sore point is the bathroom, poorly maintained and with smelly drains. Friendly staff but speaks very little English, in the mid-afternoon they brought us some very welcome fruit as a gift. We did not try breakfast. In conclusion I recommend the structure, also for the reasonable price"

"Really, don't bother. The view of the snow capped mountain was great. It's very close to shops, market, citadel, etc. Breakfast on the eighth floor has good views and breakfast is adequate. WIFI is constantly good. But, the air con doesn't work ( in every room according to staff), the bedside phone doesn't work, the shower fills up with water, TV rarely worked, over all the hotel needs a LOT of money spent on it. There are other hotels very close in the same price range."

"A good hotel! It has everything you need. Breakfasts are varied enough. Conveniently located for those driving, but parking is limited. I can definitely recommend it to skiers and snowboarders; the hotel organizes transfers to the Erciyes resort. The only thing I noticed was that my bed had a very soft mattress. I'm used to sleeping on much firmer ones. But this is very individual and in no way a criticism of the hotel."
