To reach the upper floor you will have to climb narrow and steep stairs. These are the original stairs of the house and have not been modified.Bathrooms: We have two bathrooms in the house. The main floor has a tub and the upper floor has a shower. Please note: To reach the upper floor you will need climb narrow stairs.Kitchen: The kitchen has a full stove, fridge, keurig coffee maker, toaster, cups, plates, silverware, and dishwasher. Note: The dishwasher is a high efficiency dishwasher which does take time to wash dishes. We recommend only using it for longer stays.Alarm: We have a Ring Alarm System at the house which we’ll disarm before you arrive. This is also our Fire, Smoke and CO2 monitors.Parties: We do not allow any type of party on the property. You will need to limit the number of people to the number booked. If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges billed at $50/hour plus any damage which might have occurred.Pets: We do not allow pets at this time.No Smoking or Drug Use: This is a non-smoking property. That includes inside and outdoors of the property. There is a minimum $500 smoking clean-up fee which will need to be paid.
