Сам отель сложно назвать даже 2 звезды!
- номер 10 квадрат
- фен попросила, и фен расплавлен (не вина персонала)
- стены максимально тонкие и к сожалению какой бы у Вас не был сон, то Дукат чаще всего (я так поняла) снимают посуточно, и стоны,хлопки 😂 будет максимально слышно,как будто ты действительно стоишь и держишь свечку 🤦🏼♀️
- я проживала с 09.07.2025 ( примерно в 22:00 заехала) по 13.07.2025 , ни разу не спросили, про полотенце… оно 1 и сомнительное. Ну ок.
- поскольку отель круглосуточный, я никого не предупреждала во сколько я приду (странно да,что вообще про это пишу), но я просто в 2 часа ночи не смогла попасть, дверь закрыта, на звонки никто не отвечал,но я достучалась, при открытие двери,администратор еще нахамила,но увидев у меня ключ,сразу переключилась на более благосклонный лад!
- завтраки… лучше уж тогда их не включать.
Итог,сомнительно, визуал вообще сомнительный,клиентоориентированность 0!
Цена 4000₽ сутки, не в самом центральном районе…
Это возможно идеальное место для посуточной сдачи.

В номерах стоят страшные запахи сырости , стены в номерах в плесени, постельное белье тридцатилетней давности с каким-то странным запахом, все истертое, выцветшее. Мусор в номерах не убирают. Завтраки, даже на сухпойки не похожи , как будто выдали их на раздаче для бездомных.
