I stayed here for my birthday tis yr.everything was great. I used gym and sauna both 2days. Retreat. At breakfast one of the waitress sent me a small cake which I never mentioned birthday to them.somehow they noticed. Food also good.recommend for vacation.

Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь в номере люкс. Шикарный отель, шикарный номер. Отель построен в 2019 в стиле лофт на основе вроде каких-то зданий начала прошлого века. Высоченные стеклянные потолки, перекрывающие бывшие дворовые пространства, 4,5м потолки в номерах. Везде простор, много воздуха и света. Гостей окружают многочисленные дизайнерские архитектурные и интерьерные решения. Прекрасные рестораны, особенно понравился Саккура - ресторан паназиатской кухни. Отличный выбор вин. В номере много комплиментов: вода, кофе в капсулах, чай, даже пирожные. Огромная кровать. На мой взгляд, подушки жестковаты, но тут уж на все вкусы не угодишь. Вообще отель очень похож на 5 звезд где-то в центре Вены или Цюриха. Расположение отеля удачное, почти в центре города. В общем, рекомендую и по бизнесу и для отдыха.

The masseuse was on her phone during the massage and barely massaged with one hand. Once again, when I turned around, when they were simply washing my neck with one hand, and with the other they were on their phone, the masseuse asked if this fact bothered me. I said yes, to which she replied that the quality of the massage does not suffer from this and she is bored, so she is on her phone. When I said that I would leave my review at the reception, she simply stopped the massage, it lasted 35 minutes instead of 1 hour 20 minutes. At the spa reception, they offered me to have another massage, but to pay for it in full. I had limited time, since I had to leave that day. In total, the impression of the hotel and the staff was completely ruined - my problem was not solved in any way, the guilt was not made amends. I will not use their services again and I recommend everyone to refuse a massage in their spa center. I was surprised that the attitude of the staff to such mistakes in a high-level hotel can be indifferent.

Tamil, Sabir очень приятно нас встретили. Постоянно останавливаемся в этом отеле, когда с детьми- в Neo. Нравится чистота, персонал, еда. Что не нравится и это уже не первый раз -ресепшен у бассейна с девушками не умеющими здороваться, без улыбок. Не было тапочек резиновых и полотенец..при этом в спа было всего 3 занятых лежака! Очень шумно у бассейна! Нет никаких ограничений в поведении детей!!! Они бегают по всем кроватям/лежакам, кричат и прыгают со всех бортиков в воду! В спа, где полусвети расслабляющая музыка вот такая ситуация не в первый раз! У нас самих трое детей, но мы относимся уважительно к отдыху других гостей! И это точно не детский бассейн. И уборка просто ужасная, все полы мокрые..грязь и стаканчики от других гостей! Уборщица за 2 часа пришла один раз, провела полоску такую тряпкой и ушла…то есть она это сделала для галочки. И есть проблема по уборке других номеров с утра, уборщица так громко орудует пылесосом и прочим..что в соседнем нашем номере стоит жуткий шум и не поспишь. Это тоже повторяется из приезда в приезд. А так, если это исправят отель просто замечательный! Мы его очень любим!

Отель такой, что когда мы мерзли на прогулках-с удовольствием бежали в него греться) Мы были почти после самого открытия, он был свежий, чистый. Завтраки-скудные, но в целом голодным не останешься. Территория-на улице особо погулять негде, а вот внутри инфраструктура топ (шикарный ресторан, кальянная, спа) Дизайн-выше всех похвал. Обслуживание-даже тогда на слабую тройку, персонал как будто не умел работать в отеле такого уровня. Судя по отзывам ничего не изменилось

Очень стильный, новый отель. Каждый угол супер инстаграмный, НО человеческий фактор рушит всё впечатление. На входе отеля в лобби жуткая слякоть с улицы, никто не убирает, люди приходят с улицы и снова приносят эти следы. Просили доп вешалки, на двери горел DND - постучала раз и открыла дверь, мы все не одеты.. в номере (гранд люкс) явно разбито зеркало над второй раковиной, его просто нет, остался след, дочка включила джакузи в ванной - пошла коричневая слизь и с ярким запахом туалета… ушли на ужин - вечером никто не приходил в номер, не готовил ко сну, то же самое было на след день до 15.00 (попросились убраться опять же со значком DND, хотя вешали «убраться» с 11:30-13:30). Бассейн сильно пахнет мочой, чая нет даже после массажа, мастер массажа разговаривала грубо и не приветливо (весь диалог не буду описывать), девушки на спасибо ресепшн тоже не сильно приветливо общаются. Муж переписывался в ВА по поводу резервации ресторана, а человек видимо ушел на выходной и просто замолчал, смену никому не передал. Внизу дали новый номер… надо работать над персоналом! Официант в ресторане понравилась очень. Еда не плохая и сам ресторан красивый.
