Clean hotel, nice not to have carpet in the room and thank you for having a heat and air unit where the fan isn't constantly running. Hotel staff was very friendly.

Horrible didn't give me the room I paid for. tried making me pay 100$ deposit when it states $50 and was rude and judgemental was suppose to have room with jetted tub

Great stay

Check-in was via computer and took quite a bit of time. There was an employee there but he did not help until he printed our keys. Property was well worn. The sofa was worn out. The bed was broke, luckily we had a second bed in our room that was fine. We arrived around 9pm. Room was very hot and humid so much so that the bathroom floor was wet. A/C worked but had not been turned on. Took a while for room to cool off. Breakfast was minimal. AM employee was nice.

A/C worked but the room still seemed clammy for some reason. Otherwise the room was good. The vent fan sounded like it was ready to launch into orbit however. Bed was quite comfortable and the room was quite clean.

Check-in was a kiosk in the lobby, it was a translation service and service was choppy. The kiosk was directly in front of the service desk and it was staffed with another individual. The room was clean and orderly, everything I needed for rest was there and I appreciated the in room dehumidifier! The toiletries provided were tiny (not enough to wash my long hair with) but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me as I already had my own. Parking was challenging as it is a single entry/exit lot and we were in a large moving van, the area designated for oversized vehicles was full due to later check-in. Overall, would stay here again in the future when traveling.

Staffing was miserable, there was nobody at the front counter, and was instructed to use their kiosk with somebody behind another computer. After fumbling around and them not knowing how to use their own system, finally had to have somebody come from the back room to assist. That still had to have him come back to give us our cards. Not an good experience at all! 10/10 times would tell everybody I know to go elsewhere!

The front desk staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, when we were settled into our room and turn on the TV, we could get a single station to work. The TV guide showed "No Information" for every single channel. I informed the front desk through their text messaging, but the issue wasn't addressed. Additionally, we saw a couple of ants crawling on the night stand.

Full hot breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy. Couldn’t get WiFi to work. Called the front desk and employee was able to help. Comfortable bed and pillows. Would return if in the area.
