Quality Inn Kearney - Liberty

I love this hotel but this last time I booked through trip.con and I didn't make it to the room and trip.com agreed to refund if the hotel accepted it but they didn't so that means they got paid for me staying the night when I didn't and I even called hotel and they said they would accept it so I could get the refund but they didn't follow through so now I lost out on 73$ and being without a home right now that's a big loss to me...

Love staying here

Staff was friendly. There was mold on the shower curtain and in the ice machine container. The carpet had something sticky on it.

Swimming pool closed, no ice vending machines in the 2nd floor, no elevator, AC not cooling enough

We have stayed here in the past and found it very nice. This time we were not as impressed. The room was very humid. The fixtures were rusting, the carpet was damp from humidity and everything just looked like it was not being taken care of. We will not be staying here again.

Pool closed. Doors unlocked and left open. Felt unsafe and even left early on last night to go to another hotel due to feeling unsafe

The staff was helpful and nice. However the room we were supposed to stay in had a broken AC, so we had to stay in a different room. The hotel was very dirty. The bathroom in our room had not been cleaned. The stairs in the lobby had not been cleaned. The breakfast was not very good at all. Needless to say, the entire hotel needs to do a lot of updating and cleaning. I would not stay here again.

We didn't stay because the pool was closed becausw the health department closed it and that was the whole reason for the room. The guy said he wouldn't check me in and the money would be refunded. That has yet to happen. Would not recommend.

Gross! There was something splattered on the walls. The dresser had crumbs and a drink ring from the last guest. Covers were missing on the bathroom fan/light. An electrical outlet was coming out of the wall. The hall carpets were dingy. "Not so quality, Quality Inn"!
