"This was a nice little hotel near many good restaurants. At first when we first checked in, the concierge was crabby, but when our rooms A/C wasn't working, he came up checked it out thoroughly and said he could put us into another room once he checked the other rooms A/C to make sure it was working. It was a smaller room, but during a heat wave with A/C, it was great!"

"The manager was so disrespectful and talking down to me, when I asked to check in early. He was mad and yelling at me. I decided not to stay and went and got another hotel that was respectful to me in every way, and checked in early with no issues and no extra fee. I would recommend to ever stay with your hotel with that person in charge. I should be able to get my money back after being treated in the manner I was. But was afraid to ask as he was so angry. But it would be nice for management to see if got a full refund."
