We chose your hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything was satisfying, starting from the friendliness of the staff, the variety of food (rich selection of food for breakfast and dinner), the room is confortable and clean,the hotel's contents (bowling, mini golf, spa).We enjoyed the weekend.

My third visit to this hotel after so many years made me change the good opinion about it that I had from previous visits. Dark corridors with stains, small outdated room, to go out at the balcony is forbidden , because they put solar panels and something could fall. The biggest disaster is the bathroom where one part of the door of the shower cabin is literally missing, there is no shower holder either, the cleaning lady has forgotten to fill the hand soup container… This is for sure not a 4-star-property despite of the remote and therefore calm location (outside of the town), the beautiful garden/ territory and the good free WiFi!

Great place to stay and relax during long trip in Europe, close to motorway. Unfortunately I stayed only night hours and didn’t have the opportunity to get much more of this great hotel. The staff in the reception is absolutely fantastic. Very kind and helpful. Parking is exactly in the front of the entrance and feels safe. Definitely we are going to stay here many more times.

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht.
Aufgrund einer Vollsperrung auf der Autobahn waren wir erst kurz vor 20 Uhr im Hotel und da war der Spa- und Wellnessbereich gerade schon geschlossen.
Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt mit Spielplatz und Teichanlage, leider gar nicht beleuchtet und daher war es ab 21:30 Uhr stockdunkel.
Das Zimmer war ok aber keine 4 Sterne wert. Balkontür und Fenster hatten Insektenschutz, Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer hatten keinen Schutz.
Währens unseres Aufenthalts fand eine Hochzeitsfeier im EG/UG statt. Durch die Treppenhäuser gab es Musik bis ins Dachgeschoss. Nachts liefen Gäste der Feier gut gelaunt durch die Gänge auf der Suche nach ihren Zimmern.
Frühstück war ok.
Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen, da wir die Vorteile (Spa/Pool/Außenanlagen) nicht nutzen konnten, es nachts viel zu laut war und der Preis für uns daher nicht angemessen war.

Das Hotel liegt schön außerhalb der Stadt… ruhig gelegen, das war auch der Hauptgrund der Buchung Leider haben wir nicht schlafen können aufgrund einer Veranstaltung war bis ca 3.00 Uhr morgens sehr laute Musik, Geschrei und Gespräche im Gang und teilweise vor dem Zimmer aufgehört haben:-( Am Frühstück ging das Chaos weiter, das angebliche warme Büfett mit Eier und Würstchen eiskalt… naja kann mal passieren :-( Das absolute Highlight war dann auch das auschecken dort verlangte man von uns die bereits bezahlte Rechnung per Visa erneut…zu bezahlen… nach langen hin und her hat man die Bezahlung auf einmal im System gefunden :-( So stellt man sich ein vier Sterne Hotel leider überhaupt nicht vor, maximal eine Kategorie der eher einen Gasthof entspricht… Sorry so enttäuscht wurde ich noch nie, aber es ist immer mal das erste mal Liebe Grüße an das Management stehe gerne auch telefonisch zur Verfügung

Besviken
Vi var bara en natt i hotelet. Vi anlände ganska sent och vi ville gärna använde bassängen. Tyvärr var det så att bassängen var stängd och skulle öppna först kl 14.00 nästa dag vilket var för sent för oss, så egentligen kunde vi inte använda bassängen eller spa anläggningen alls.
En annan nackdel var att det var mycket kallt i vårt rum, trots att det var mitt i sommaren. Vi och våra barn frysste hela natten.
En till miss från personalen var att det saknades duschtvål i badrummet.
Det fina med hotelet var trädgården, lekplatsen för barnen och frukosten var också ok. Som helhet, rekommenderar jag inte hotelet och tycker att det är inte värd pengarna
