Hillhead Hideaways

What a fabulous place! We had two pods, one for us and one for my daughter and two children. Pods are exceptionally well kitted out with fabulous welcome pack! Comfortable bed, lovely bedding, fluffy towels and toiletries ……. for a small place it really packs a punch! Fabulous views and each pod is positioned so u hear very little (if anything) from your neighbours. Great position to explore the lovely towns around ….. Will definitely be back!

This place is everything I hoped for. Beautiful views, relaxing, well appointed and quiet. Having breakfast in the fridge for us made it so extra. I knew I would love it here and it’s perfect. We highly recommend a visit.

We had a beautiful short stay in Hillhead Hideaways, the cabin was beautiful, well-equipped and clean. The welcome pack of pantry basics and breakfast (bacon, eggs, bread) was a lovely touch. We opted for the BBQ pack which was all great quality meat and delicious. The hot tub was immaculate and a great way to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery

What a special Hideaway indeed, thoroughly enjoyed our night away, only downside was, it was only 1 night. Lodge had everything you’d need and more, fridge supplies and toiletries. Hot tub was relaxing and BBQ hut was Smokey, many thanks, we hope to be back soon 🥰

Stayed here with husband and 2 teens and I can honestly say this was the most memorable and magical stay we have ever had. The accommodations were excellent, well thought out and well equipped and nothing can compare to the view! We wanted for nothing and they even had breakfast waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. This is our happy place and we would definitely recommend highly!

These pods are amazing. They have spectacular views and are in calm and peaceful surroundings. Each pod is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. You could literally just turn up with your clothes. We would 100% recommend booking a stay.

This is an amazing place to stay, with an incredible view across the hills, and very calming too. The pods have excellent facilities, everything from under floor heating, internet, TVs and full kitchen set up. Everything clean and new looking. There's a lot of attention to detail and it felt like a higher quality experience than your average glamping experience; hence maybe a bit more expensive. There are a few other pods on site but there were no noise issues and the site is very secluded. The owner was also incredibly helpful to deal with. We also loved the hot tub in a hut idea, perfect for all weathers and again, great views! Fully recommend this place to anyone!
