Hotel is very quiet and picturesque. Staff was incredibly friendly. Hotel grounds are very pretty. Rooms are somewhat "basic" for a five-star hotel, however comfortable despite a cozy configuration. Beds are very comfortable, spacious bathroom. Spa on site was incredible.

We rented a holiday home for our family and were very disappointed. The house is managed by Benen Diken Hof and we had several complaints (house wasn‘t clean, dish washer was broken, cuttlery had rust on it, beds weren’t done, bath was dirty etc.). When asking for the manager the receptionist said we should book an appointment (!). So when we has the appointment manager didn‘t show up without explanation! Next day we got hold of him, he didn‘t seem interested at all, actually he just didn‘t care. Even though we had booked for two weeks we had to leave this horrible house after two days and had to look for another place to stay as the manager didn‘t bother at all. If you are a landlord don‘t leave your house to be managed by them, as they don‘t care! If you are a guest I would recommend going somewhere else.

Wir haben eine Woche hier in einem Feriendomizil vom Benen Diken Hof verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ganz schön und sauber. Aber wer hier Ruhe und Erholung sucht sollte sich dringend eine andere Unterkunft suchen, oder die Fenster nicht öffnen. Lörkiwai Nordic Suite liegt direkt an den Bahnschienen und der Autozug fährt hier den ganzen Tag bis in die Nacht. Im 6.00 Uhr morgens wird man unfreiwillig geweckt. Das hätte man vermerken müssen. Denn sonst hätte ich diese Unterkunft nie gebucht. Laut Agentur kann man keine Lärmbelästigung feststellen. Da kann man nur den Kopf schütteln. Leider wurden wir auch nie zurückgerufen, sondern nur immer abgewimmelt. Sehr unfreundlich in der Agentur. Daher sollte man wirklich genau auf der Karte nachschauen , wo sich die Unterkunft befindet, damit man nicht böse überrascht wird. Die Angestellten im Hotel sind sehr freundlich. Daran sollte sich die Agentur ein Beispiel nehmen.

Wir waren im August eine Woche mit zwei kleinen Kindern in einem Luxus Hotel Apartment. Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet und sher gepflegt. Das Zimmer war im EG zu dicht möbliert/nicht großzügig geschnitten und auch überraschend wenig elegant eingerichtet. Das UG mit Sauna und Wirlpool hingegen ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und ideal für verregnete Tage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ging bis 13 Uhr. Das Service Personal war sehr aufmerksam und professionell. Der Spa war schön und groß. Leider ist auf dem gesammen Grundstück sehr schlechte Wlan Abdeckung die es nicht möglich machen im Spa überhaupt irgendetwas am Handy zu machen denn dort hat man auch kein Netz. Arbeiten/Surfen im Zimmer ist durch das schlechte Wlan laum möglich.

Der letzte Aufenthalt liegt lange zurück und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Sehr freundliches Personal und Empfang, ganz persönlich . Sehr schöne Zimmer , überall schöne Plätze zum Lesen oder relaxen, wunderbarer Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Saunen und Fitnessbereich mit neuen Geräten. Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, auch hier toller Service , alle Tageszeitungen in großer Auswahl und Frühstück bis 13 Uhr. Minibar Inclusive gut bestückt und so vieles mehr. Wir kommen wieder und sagen Danke , einiges Manko die Flugzeuge, aber das ist der Standort Keitum und nicht das Hotel. Also weiter so
