A walking distance to halal food and supermarket. However, we tried to book the room cleaning services but no cleaning lady came to clean our room."

The hotel is also close to the highway; it only takes a few minutes to get there after exiting the highway."

I booked rooms for 2 adults (costs a bit more) and only one room with one adult, but they told me i booked all the rooms for one person. So i needed to pay extra breakfasts for the missing people. The window in my parent’s room didn’t close (room103). The staff was friendly. The location was pretty."

"Excellent stay at this hotel. There are many highlights: a warm, friendly, and professional welcome, an incredibly spacious and well-designed suite, an exceptionally comfortable XXL bed, and outstanding bedding. The bathroom is a real highlight. The shower alone is worth the stay: a large rainfall shower with mood lighting that creates a truly relaxing experience. The location is also excellent. Despite the crowds related to the World Cup, the hotel was remarkably quiet, with no noise at all. A special mention also goes to the breakfast: the buffet offered a great selection of fresh, high-quality products. There are, however, a few small details that could make the experience even better: * Provide a small bathroom amenity kit with cotton pads and cotton swabs, which is always appreciated if guests have forgotten their own. * Add a small bench or cabinet in the bathroom to place personal belongings, as there is plenty of space available. * Install more towel rails and bathrobe hooks, especially near the shower. The current setup feels insufficient given the size of the bathroom. * Offer complimentary bottled water or stock the minibar. It was completely empty during our stay, which was disappointing, especially during such hot weather. * Pay a little more attention to the finishing touches: clean the electrical outlets, make sure all lamps are properly connected, and dust the beautiful glass lamp. I also noticed fingerprints on the glass table. * Consider installing a larger television, which would be more suitable for such a spacious suite. * Finally, the room doors could benefit from adjustment, as they tend to slam shut even when closed gently. These are only minor details and did not detract from what was otherwise an excellent stay. With a few small improvements, this hotel would be close to perfect. We would gladly return."
