The hotel is good, and the staff is very helpful. They provide a lot of useful information about nearby restaurants and sightseeing spots.

International brand with excellent service and a rich breakfast. The gym is standard and functional, unlike some hotels where the equipment is ancient. The room was tidy, which was great! Unfortunately, we were assigned a ground floor room. The window was permanently covered by curtains, offering no view. When we did open them, all we saw was the car park, so we had to keep them closed. This was one downside. Another issue was the poor soundproofing. We could hear kids playing upstairs and doors closing in nearby rooms. However, it got quiet after nightfall, so it wasn't a huge problem. Still, those who require quiet or are sensitive to noise should be aware.

The room was clean and tidy, and a free breakfast was included. Even though it was a Western-style breakfast, it was plentiful and you could even DIY your own pancakes. The staff were also very nice and basically accommodated every request. Plus, free EV charging was a huge bonus for electric car owners!

Standard hotel, you know what to expect. Not bad but not great, slightly indifferent staff to be honest but rooms are clean and decent.

As expected from a Marriott property, the service was consistent and professional. The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Unbeatable location!  Easy access to Kelowna downtown!  Staffs are friendly and helpful!  Breakfast area is big enough so we won’t feel pack even in the busy hour of breakfast time!

We had late check-in due to our flight coming in late. The girl at the front counter was very kind and helpful. We appreciated being able to get up in the morning and have great choices for breakfast! We've stayed here before, and we'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with a very convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. Its peaceful environment makes it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, a fantastic experience; I would definitely choose to stay here again.

They have a water slide in the hotel, its good for kids, but don't expect the swimming pool is that clean. The breakfast is good, can self made waffles.

The location is perfect, a lot of stores nearby, walking distance. A nice place for relaxing and enjoyable trip. Staff are very courteous.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff were helpful and conscientious. The location is great, close to all well-known restaurants and stores. I will stay there again.
