We had a great stay! The staff were so friendly and polite, and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The free breakfast was tasty, and the shuttle bus made everything super convenient — especially for visiting our son at UBCO. We stayed two nights and would definitely come back.

I picked up my son at the airport at 11:30 pm and before that I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and pool. I enjoyed my experience very much and will be choosing Hilton for future travel. Breakfast choices were excellent too.

The location is good and staff provided good service. I m happy to stay here.

New built hotel, easy to access from high way, breakfast pretty decent, clean and spacious. Only to improve the quality of the mattress.

Front desk was super inviting and informative, hotel was clean and big for what I think is cheap compared to what else was available in town. Breakfast was good, lots of parking too easy to load and unload

Excellent location close to Kelowna Airport. All the employees are friendly, always willing to solve your problem. Definitely will consider to stay again next time.

Arrived late night. There were to hotel staff at the reception and only one of them was nicer. I was awake for two days straight and it was my first time in Canada. Everything was different back in Saudi I told the receptionist so I might need some help or if she can guide me thru. No Bell boy or anything is accepted but the rude behavior of one of the old man was not, just because I'm asian.Wont reccommend to friends and they dont even accept cashh

Elevator is very fast & quiet. Room was quiet too.

close to UBCO and airport.  clean and beautiful place.  Breakfast is satisfied.

Our stay was wonderful, travelling from Vallarta back to Canada it’s an excellent place to rest before we continued on to our destinations

The room doesn’t look renovated. It just looks old and it doesn’t come with free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is not good as it only has a couple of hot dishes. Overall it does worth the money paid for the large hotel brand.

Great place, very clean and wonderful staff

The room is large and the overall hygiene is good. There are not many breakfast options. Ground parking is 10/night and underground parking is 20/night.
