Clean room and polite staff but the traffic noise was terrible. AC sounded like a jet, had to mess with the tv for it to work, wifi dropped out every few seconds and was far too slow. Also the biscuits for coffee were months out of date. How does this motel get 4 stars?

Friendly staff, clean room, we always stay here when we visit Bathurst which is often. very helpful, conveniently located to places we are visiting. Air conditioning works well. do not hear traffic or other noise. landscaping is pleasing. easy access.

We travelled to Bathurst for a wedding. We received a call from the manager to determine our ETA, which was appreciated, He was prepared to be on deck after 10 pm. While the room was clean, linen fresh and bed comfortable and price satisfactory, there was little attempt to service the room between nights stayed. We stayed 3 nights.

Ian and Youko have been so lovely. This dedicated team works so hard to ensure your stay is pleasant. It's affordable and it resonates with what you would expect from the Best Western brand. Firstly, the rooms are so clean. Ian and Youko put in so much effort on their own backs to make sure the rooms are to spec. Secondly, my colleague and I were welcomed by Ian and we felt like we weren't just another guest in the books. This can be so lost in a lot of hotels/Inns/Motels etc. Lastly, Ian and Youko will help with whatever you need where they can and considering how hard they work, I have to appreciate that effort. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this motel for 2 nights. The room had a Jacuzzi (I've never seen one in an Australian Motel). The room was very spacious & was large enough for 2 people. This is a bit further away from the city. The distance didn't matter, as we drove most of the time. All the usual amenities were provided. The sleep quality was great too. Overall a comfortable stay & we would love to visit them again.

Everything about my stay was as expected. Staff were pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to make sure all was ok. Would recommend others to stay here and will definitely be back here when i am in town again.

Beautiful clean motel on the main road. Very quiet. Slightly overpriced due to an event in Bathurst the same weekend. Friendly hosts who provided good service. Comfy beds and sofa bed. Room also had a bonus toaster and microwave. Close to Bathurst and main attractions
