Accommodations..This completely renovated single family home is situated on a quiet street just a 15 minute walk to the Kemah Boardwalk. During renovations the kitchen and bathrooms were completely gutted and all custom cabinets, new counter tops and all new luxury vinyl flooring was added. During renovations a game room was added that has full size arcade games and a foosball table for our guests use. This property has a large patio with TV and furniture for outdoor dining and relaxation. The yard is large and available for corn hole, bocce, tether ball and volleyball. The golf cart pictured is available for rent during your stay. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, desk with chair, large closet and a private full bathroom along with a flat screen tv.The second bedroom features a king size bed along with a desk and chair.The third bedroom includes twin over twin bunks and a twin over full bunk. The second bathroom is spacious with a full size shower/bath tub.The new game room has a large flat screen tv, foosball table and 2 full size arcade games. Also in the game room is a large sofa and 2 pub tables with bar stools. There is a separate closet in the game room that contains the brand new washer and dryer. The back patio is fully covered and features a flat screen tv and a large table with seating for 8.
