Service disappointment August 2025 We booked a room for 4 person for two adults and 2 children , when we are arrived to the resort they don’t have children bed prepared yet , and we ask to the person who is bringing us to our room and he said yes they will do it . And we tell also the receptionist before we are going to have a dinner there’s no children bed yet and they said they will do it . when we are going back to the room .and there’s no children bed yet again and we are back around 10pm . We are really disappointed because my children are already sleepy until my husband go again to the reception and they said they will send somebody in the late night that finally worked out . In our 2nd day we put the make up our room sign all day long. Also we wanted change new towels . We are whole day outside for swimming and staying the beach and pool . we are back in our room around 18:00 pm but they wouldn’t cleaning up our room yet . And no changing towels as well . My children are going to shower directly and my husband call the receptionist for new towels and they said they will send somebody to bring the towels until my children are finish shower and there’s no towel yet so my husband calling them again and they said they will send somebody to bring the towels until nothing happened again . So my husband go to the receptionist again and ask for the towels because the kids are waiting 40 mins ago for the the towels . After 50 minutes somebody bring the towels finally. So we are going to the dinner and ask the receptionist again to coonfirm to send somebody to clean up our room during our dinner time because our rubish is full already and the old towels still in the floor . Until we are back to the room at 10 pm and our room still not cleaning up yet . My husband going to the guest relation manager this time to complain about the three incidents since two days already and they said they will send somebody again but nobody is coming . We are really experience a bad service here at mövenpick. receptionist are only going to say yes but there’s no action. Also one TV control was misssing when we arrived and no hand soap in room. In addition food is average only. Regarding alcohol drinks cocktails and mix drinks are not recommended. taste no good. We stick with beer and prosecco. Water bottles mostly warm in fridge. We are disappointed in our stay especially for the service . This is our 1st time we experienced like this and we been traveling quite a lot. Our first time we make a negative hotel comment . Toilet bowl in room was not that clean too. In addition there is no working hand soap in all the public toilets we have been in the resort. Ps : Room are spacious and modern. Resort site is big and nice. Water slides for kids and adults are nice. but service is not satisfying .

We loved here so much Especially Anchor fish restaurant was so so so so tasty. I made reservation for many times. Staff so friendly and service so good. Big thanks to Aylin and Baris. Our rooms were cleaned very well. We will come back here again❤️❤️❤️❤️

This hotel definitely does not live up to a 5-star standard — more like 3 stars at best. When we arrived, we weren’t given the room type we had actually booked (Deluxe). The room description clearly mentioned a sofa, which I had also asked in advance to be prepared as a bed for my child. The staff said “yes, no problem” — but when we entered the room, there was no sofa at all. In the end, we had to wait another hour for the correct room and only got checked in after 2 PM. From the very beginning, service was disappointing. Something as basic as toothbrushes had to be requested multiple times by phone, and even after contacting Guest Relations they still weren’t delivered — by 5:40 PM we were still waiting. Quite shocking for a so-called 5-star hotel. Dining and bar service is another big issue. At breakfast, during the busiest time, there were no fried eggs left and nobody was making more. The line for an omelet was about 10 people long, so I simply left without eating. At the snack bar, waiting for something as simple as small potato bites took around 30 minutes. Clearly, there are not enough staff to handle the guests. Overall, the main problem here is service. The hotel seems seriously understaffed, and unfortunately that ruins the entire experience.
