Dobedan World Palace Hotel ''Ex Brand Alva Donna World Palace ''

We are just on our way home, we have really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept and clean. We upgraded our room to a swim up room with minimal effort and the room was beautiful and spacious for the three of us. The food was good I wouldn’t say out of this world but we managed to find something to eat at every meal. The entertainment was very good and was enjoyed very much every night. The staff are very helpful and can’t do enough for you. Spout out to the watersports guys and the spa staff that really made up feel welcome and taken care of. To the negatives: This hotel is very much catered to Russians with very little English spoken and communication could sometimes be difficult but we got there. No la a crate meals offered during stay which is a norm with every hotel I have stayed at previously. Also the fire alarm was going off a lot especially at 6am.

Super hotel, intertiments, show dances and animations. Beautiful lanscapte , good pools and foods , delicotes, sea food, coctails, very pleasure administrations and receptione... good personals , restoranes, kids club, and others...

"Technology Fail: Outdoor Air Conditioner Motor Inside the Room" ★☆☆☆☆ I rarely write reviews, but this stay was frustrating from start to finish. The room was dirty — dusty floors, a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, and worst of all, the bed sheets weren’t even changed. It was obvious they had just been re-made, not replaced. Extremely unhygienic. But the biggest shock was that the outdoor motor of the air conditioner was installed INSIDE the room or big turbine. It made a loud, constant noise like a generator — day and night. Sleeping or relaxing was nearly impossible. Later, I found out that all the duplex rooms have this exact same issue, and the hotel staff knows it. What made it worse was the attitude of the reception, guest service, and even the manager. They all acted like they had no idea, but it was clear they were just trying to manipulate the situation and avoid responsibility. No real help was offered, just excuses and fake concern. The only decent part was the main restaurant, which was clean and had excellent service. However, even there, guests are required to make a reservation just to get a table — something that was never communicated properly ahead of time. This hotel completely destroyed my vacation. Between the dirty room, unbearable noise, and dishonest staff, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — especially if you're considering a duplex room. Absolute disappointment.

I want to start by saying that any review should be constructive, praise does not give the opportunity to grow and develop, but it is the minuses that make you think over and change for the better. We were lucky enough to get to the previous hotels Alva donna Comfort Side and Alva Donna Exclusive Belek in past years, and I want to note that with the arrival of new Management and the change of the Alva Donna brand to Dobedan, there was definitely a decrease in service and a decrease in the quality of the hotel, and this is noted by many tourists who visited Alva Donna and who came now to Dobedan. The hotel has lost its "stars". Service: Ignorance and lack of polite correctness on the part of the staff, everyone addresses guests in Russian language, without specifying what country the guest is from. Why did the hotel staff decide that only guests who speak Russian are coming to the hotel? And what about citizens of the European Union (Germany, France, Poland, Czech Republic, etc.) or guests from Turkey? Do you also speak Russian with them? Or is the Dobedan World Palace Kemer policy that hotel 100% is focused on Russian-speaking guests? The entire hotel staff (reception, restaurant, bar, animation team, photographers, spa, etc.) addresses you as "hello/zdravstvyite" instead of Good morning/Good evening Sir, or Madam. I highly recommend holding a training or master class on intercultural and business communication with guests. Drinks and cocktails: no ingredients for cocktails and half of the alcohol is strictly local, which changes the taste of drinks, tasteless coffee in the restaurant, some of the staff in the bars are constantly tired and greet you with an unpleasant expression on their faces. Adults and children are allowed into the restaurant in the morning and evening in swimming suits, which indicates a complete lack of control over the entrance to the restaurant: why were rules invented if they are not followed and not controlled? Similarly, on the beach: there is a ban on jumping from the high bottom of the pier, but both adults and children ignore the rules and jump, and the beach security does nothing: holiday and enjoy is great, but let's not forget about safety of guests! Room: The furniture is old, they forget to put some towels or dod not put accessories few times (shampoos, soap, etc.). Food: Food - the level of food and drinks has become worse than in the previous Alva Donna. Snacks are very weak, but the quantity and variety of fruits were pleasing, desserts are delicious, ice cream great, the fish was almost always dry, seafood is excellent (during AkDeniz gecesi), good breakfast. Guest relations: I got the impression that the girls in this position do not understand the meaning of this profession "guests relations/collaboration and support of guests in their hotel matters" because when questions arose, they dryly answered "no, we can't, no, you can't".
