I was very disappointed with the breakfast service at this location of La Quinta. There were no staff members in the breakfast room, and we had to ask for everything just to get something to eat or drink. It felt disorganized and unwelcoming. When I tried to brought up the issue to the front desk associate, he was on the phone for a long period of time, and it seemed he doesn’t care about the guest is waiting. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression on our stay.

Clean and nice room but not all rooms have microwave and fridge. Service could be better. No ice machine or beverage machine but they have ice water in the lobby. It was ok for one night.

Front Desk is useless. No ice machine whatsoever on 4th floor. Breakfast was mediocre but not awful for free breakfast. Entire 4th floor reeked of *********, not a big deal to some but having a 10yr old autistic daughter who has overstimulation and is hypersensitive to such things, it's a problem. Parking costs $12 a night. TV screen was damaged upon arrival which I took video to make front desk aware so I wouldn't have any deduction from my $75 security deposit that I have to wait up to 14 days to be refunded back to my bank.

Close to airport but need to take taxi after 9pm since there are no free shuttles at night. Room was pretty big and clean. Rest of hotel was very average.

Most hotels in this city do not have shuttle service (except for some high-end ones) and this one is no exception. The hotel will charge you a deposit of 250 dollars as a parking fee. If you don't drive, it will be returned to you when you check out. Except for the room, the hotel network is broken. American breakfast of pancakes with yogurt and oatmeal. Uber rides at the airport cost $12 during the day and $20 at night. The room fee plus transportation fee is really not recommended to book a hotel without pick-up and drop-off!
