Everything was great. Clean, great amenities and great breakfast. Probably the best coffee from any hotel stay. The only thing is you have to pay the parking fee. I wish it was included in hotel charge and don't have to deal with it. I would stay here again

Do Not Stay Here I would not recommend staying here. We unfortunately had to cancel our stay. I called over a month in advance to cancel. ********** was willing to refund our money, however, the hotel would not. They were not willing to help us out at all just to keep our money. They could have easily refunded our stay and had someone else book our rooms. Horrible customer service at a hotel that clearly does not value their guests.

Property was clean and recently built, I don't think it was a remodel with a new name. Tons of great places to eat within a few miles as well as shopping. Far enough off the interstate you don't hear any traffic and no major roads nearby either. I was in an end unit so I could hear the wind outside. Granted it was tornado watch weather so it was noisier than average. Luckily I was able to hear the tornado siren in time to take shelter! Honestly the only issue I have was there was still a garbage can under the sink that had garbage in it. I took the bag outside put it by the door and it was gone after a few minutes. If that wasn't the case I would give five stars across the board. Next time I go to Atlanta I will be staying at this property again.

Nice Suite, look out for fees Hotel is in great condition, room was spacious and affordable. It appears they are implementing paid parking, which is a bit of a bummer. The hotel is in a Mall parking lot, so I don’t see a need for parking fees. The Home2 and Tru by Hilton are connected and share the same amenities.

Lack of compassion We made the reservation at 6pm on 2/13. During the night our schnauzer became extremely ill necessitating an urgent return to Nashville. We emailed and called before 9am requesting cancellation and refund. Hotel manager refused because “we didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance”. Totally unsympathetic and unacceptable.
