Decent location only 25 mins to centre of London by tube, only used hotel as a base, ate out every night, polite staff, didn't use WiFi as was a £7 charge per day. Room was reasonably large, a little bit drafty at times, but sleep was comfortable. The odd noisy neighbour but you get them anywhere, overall ok, would stay again for the cost for 3 nights was quite reasonable.

The room was nice. The location is really superb. However, the check-in process took too long, around one and a half hours which it should not be that long when you have 4-5 receptionist there. The staffs is polite and helpful.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I got upgraded free to the refurbished room from the classic room I booked. Small room and bathroom but with great facilities, a window that works and blinds plus curtains that block out the light. A little noisy because of the street down below but not bad. The room had a nice new AC unit and the shower pressure was very strong, maybe a little too strong with no clear way to reduce the pressure (it's either on or off).

The service was good and quick. The hotel room was of high-quality and worth what I spent. The only letdown was the breakfast, it was not as good as other Holiday Inn Express breakfasts that I have experienced, and not as good as some other nearby airport hotels. However, I would stay again.

Traveled down to London for the weekend to watch Moulin Rouge Really enjoyed the weekend, the hotel was amazing, very impressed, every member of staff was polite and very welcoming Only thing I can fault was a smell in our bathroom when we arrived back from the theatre (smelled like drains) seemed to go away when the shower was run.

I chose this place to walk to the British Museum. The most basic room type may be set. The room is the size of an express hotel, but the facilities are OK and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is extremely noisy. There are people who drink in the lobby from morning to night. I am also a person who likes to pub, but the privacy of the hotel is not satisfactory. What about the service, the reception and room service are good and very welcoming. The breakfast restaurant didn't order for half an hour. The waiter who ordered the order didn't place the order. A handsome man who seemed to be a manager quickly got the meal after getting it. It also waived the cost and gave a good comment. ps, breakfast is really hard to eat, it is the most unpleasant eggs Benedict I have ever eaten ...

Overall, my stay at Dreamtel London Kensington Hotel was a mixed experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, making it convenient to explore the vibrant neighborhood and nearby attractions. However, I was disappointed with the amenities provided. Several issues were encountered, including broken table lamps and a malfunctioning hairdryer. With some improvements to the amenities, particularly ensuring that all equipment is in proper working order, Dreamtel London Kensington Hotel has the potential to provide a more satisfactory guest experience.

We arrived and parking was good and nearby. As a disabled blue badge holder, there was a good amount of disabled bays and it was free when I presented my blue badge at reception. Check in was quick and efficient. Only one of the two lifts was working, but the hotel didn’t seem too busy so this wasn’t a problem. We had a room for 2 adults and a child, so a double bed and a bunk bed. The room was small, but we only needed it to sleep and so it wasn’t a problem. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t good. The floor was so filthy, that we just threw our socks away because of how black they were. The mattress on the single bunk bed was absolutely disgusting. I have attached photos. The sheet was just a piece of material folded in half, and wasn’t tucked in or anything which is how we noticed the dirty mattress. It was late when we noticed it, so I sent photos and an email to reception, who immediately offered us breakfast free of charge. We declined the breakfast as we already had reservations elsewhere, and we saw that breakfast was very poor with little on offer. The manager then replied and refunded our stay and cleaned the room. The management/reception team were lovely and sorted things swiftly. We would stay again and have stayed in many Ibis hotels, but I will be checking the cleanliness of them closely in future.

I understand that you get what you pay for and we have stayed in an EasyHotel before (the one in Victoria) so we knew what to expect, but it could have been cleaner and better maintained. We stayed in one of the windowless rooms as we were just going to a concert at the Royal Albert hall and leaving straight away in the morning, so we really only needed a bed and a bathroom, so the no window wasn't an issue and made the room cheaper. We also knew that EasyHotels don't usually have tea/coffee facilities and the rooms are very small so there is no drawers/wardrobe etc. which we were fine with as we just wanted a cheap room for one night. My issue was with the fact that the bathroom sink appeared to not have been cleaned properly - there was makeup and hairs in it.. Also one of the walls around the mirror had not been finished painted so was kind of just bare concrete. Next, inside the room, the walls had big dents in them and the wall panels were kind of coming away from the wall which hadn't been fixed.. The walls are also quite thin and I woke up a couple of times in the night to noises coming from other rooms. Lastly it seemed like a child had put the bedding on - we had to put the sheet on ourselves as it had practically just been laid on the bed without being tucked in, there was a hole in the duvet cover, and the mattress was extremely lumpy with a big hole right in the middle meaning we were rolling into each other all night into this dip in the middle haha.. Another thing which bothers me (which is just a cosmetic observation really) is that the rooms are lined with that grey industrial lino you would find in a school corridor or hospital, they could have at least used wood-effect lino - same price but a much nicer, homey vibe. We were only there overnight so just around 9 hours approx. But still these are all issues which could be easily fixed with some proper upkeep. On a positive note the 24 hour check in is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The TV in the room worked fine and we had no issues with the shower/toilet etc. Location is also easy walking distance from the Royal Albert Hall.

Overall a good hotel with friendly staff that are attentive to your needs and a well trained attitude. Rooms are small but very clean and in a good location, only fault could be the lifts during my stay being a bit hap hazard.
