First time I *******d for years. Check in was swift. Shower was hot. It's next to a bar, so people are people. My room was fresh. It had toiletries fresh towels. Completely satisfied. I couldn't figure out the TV, so I slapped some Johnny Cash back to my neighbors from my phone. Great experience. I'll be back.

They advertised breakfast and told me about it when i checked in but there was none in the morning. Clerk said oh... we didnt do it today...condition of the room i was in... torn carpet and bedspread there was mo latch for the safety lock. There was a screw hanging out of the door plate and it smelled like P and peanut butter.

The cable was out so had no tv all weekend, It was a dump, the hallway smelled like piss, the ceiling in the bathroom had holes in it, no hot water, there was only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in the bathroom, floors were dirty, I will never stay there again

When we arrived at 7:10 pm there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 25 min for someone to show up. Once we checked in we went to our room which was very dirty. When we turned down the bed it had crumbs under the blankets. I requested fresh sheets which took over 1/2 an hr to arrive. There was someones left over food in the fridge and the next morning I was putting on my shoes and there was someones underwear underneath the bed. Tops and bottoms. Overall the room was gross. When we checked out I listed everything and the attendant just kindof shrugged her shoulders and said she would let housekeeping know. We will not be staying here ever again.

Well, looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the Seattle vicinity I chose the Quality Inn because it’s a Quality Inn and part of Choice Hotels and they have certain standards they are obliged to meet… I was gravely mistaken. This hotel has seen better days, maybe known better service (we asked for two extra pillows our first night and five nights later, no pillows) not to mention no hot shower, the smell of urine in the hallways and just the general unclean, and I mean unclean rooms. We didn’t dare try the breakfast. It was also “entertaining” to see the night clerk chasing a drunk out of the hallways that wandered in from a back entrance, with a baseball bat.
