I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Staff was great. I am disabled so i need to use the hot tub. Found out after checking in the hot tub and pool were broken. Room does not have a microwave or min fridge. Had to ask for a hair dryer.

Pool and hut tub were under maintenance. The room was okay for one night but beds weren’t comfortable. I would choose to stay at a different hotel in the future.

con to Grand Rapids internatio airport My first-floor room was freezing cold. I turned the heat up to 78 and was not warming up. I went to the desk at 1am (as my flight got in at 10:30) to request a new room and was provided with a much warmer room on the second floor.
