Really enjoyed my multi-day stay here. This hotel was just opened in August 2024, so it's pristine. The rooms were some of the most well-appointed of any Residence Inn I've been to. The staff, particularly during the day, were absolutely fantastic! Breakfast options were plentiful and you can't beat the location. Will be staying here again in a couple months, based on this experience!

stayed here for a weekend to check out U of Cincinnati. Location was perfect. directly across the mall and convenient to have condados in the same building. everything was clean and quiet. the breakfast ladies did an outstanding job keeping hungry people filled. the exercise room did the job for me. unfortunately didn't have time to use the pool. the front desk were awesome. definitely my go to place for the area

There are so many things to like about this hotel: beautiful room and its amenities, great walk-in shower, everything was clean and new. The help were nice and friendly; great location. The cons that I encountered were a very noisy air conditioning system that I had to turn off . Guest services, via phone, never answered busy all the time. Hotel operator never answered, busy all the time. I cannot figure out how to turn on the lights next to the bed.
