The room was smaller than described and there was no view as described. The food was good. No bottled water was provided and it was noted in the room that the tap water was not drinkable. The included dinner did not include drinking water and you had to pay for the drinks yourself.

Hygiene: We booked a larger balcony, and the scenery outside the window is quite beautiful, because the hotel may be old, the smell of the bathroom will be reversed, the smell is still quite heavy, the air conditioning is not very big, the hotel is raining The hot water also waited for a long time, and then the shower was old and sprayed. The room service is not bad, but every time you order something, you will be charged 3.5 euros. So it's better to put a little more at a time in the refrigerator 😂 Environment: The hotel is very large and has a separate resort room, and the green area is also quite large. The location is also good. It is relatively close to the old city. There is a sightseeing bus at the door and a bus in the city center of 1.7 euros per person. It is more convenient to go to the city center. Not far from the hotel, there are two bar&restaurants with good views. If you don't want to eat the hotel food, you can go here to eat. There is a small convenience store at the door to buy things. Service: I did their 70-minute essential oil spa, chatted with the masseuse, and only worked six months a year for a salary of 700 euros a month. The other six months worked as a waiter in a restaurant, and I felt it was not easy for them either. The public swimming pool is not very clean, and the overall greening is not very good, but I recommend a Japanese food store. We are very satisfied with the fresh ingredients. I paid a tip of 5 euros, which is a lot in Greece, but I was very happy to pay.
