走遍國內每個省份，走過境外幾十個國家，住過無數酒店，從未見過如此災難性的設計，淋浴間和馬桶完全隔開，上完廁所得穿戴整齊出門再去隔壁開門淋浴，全部用玻璃，門縫很大，門外面經過可以看得見衞生間淋浴間裏面，玻璃雖然磨砂，但是人在裏面上廁所完全看得清清楚楚，房間很小，剛好馬桶跟床頭隔着一層玻璃挨着，*****才想得出！再有衞生問題，進門有黴味，衞生間隔斷玻璃下面全是灰塵！其三，周圍環境混亂，非常吵雜，隔音非常差！特別是碰到半夜其它房間有人吵架哭鬧，真是一言難盡！其四，餐廳服務差勁，晚餐六點二十點完餐才告訴得七點以後才能上菜，完全浪費時間！還有，前台衹給一張房卡，多要一張不給，雖然叫服務員給我們開房門，但是這麼簡單的要求怎麼不能辦到？第一次碰到！房間燈光要不就全部關掉，要不就很亮，沒有小夜燈設計。我從承德過來，正五星家庭房不到800塊錢，這種這麼低檔次酒店這麼差房間800多，毫無性價比可言，不知道這麼高的評分怎麼來的！作為攜程黑鑽，實話實説，毫無半點誇張！

設施齊全，酒店前台服務態度都很好，服務響應速度也很快，房間乾淨，隔音很好，還有洗衣房，超出預期，周邊吃飯的地方很多，到景區很近，非常推薦。
最重要的是在這裏住，到五洲超市購物還給打折，超市老闆特別熱情，實在！！值得推薦[強][強][強]

服務超級滿意，前台熱情，旅遊路過找了一家相當好的酒店，假日這個品牌我在湖南北京天津都住過，總體來説還是非常好的，舒適度、服務及衞生都很不錯，這次選了兩個房間，都在一樓，一間親子房，兩張床，帶個小陽台可以出去的，另一間標間，也很舒適，晚飯直接在一樓食堂解決吧，可以點菜，是本地風味的，第二天早上的自助餐也在這裏，服務員小姐姐們很友善

去之前看評論説衞生不太好，後來看評論是在裝修前發的所以抱着試試的心態選擇了這家，辦理入住後整體感覺還是很不錯的，服務的態度也很好，酒店的工作人員也都是帥哥美女，很好溝通很好説話，以後帶着父母來還住這兒錯不了

前台態度好很熱情，房間比較大，設施看着舒服，特色的炕鋪可以隨便滾，尤其是床品不錯，乾淨，睡着舒服，下次避開旺季再來！
