This hotel is actually located on the corner of Cotham Road and Ridgeway Ave. We have stayed there when we went back to Melbourne each time. It's been renovated. One of the good ones in the Kew area.

Great value for money, the room was clean and had a balcony, located in a prestigious school district. It's definitely worth staying here if your purpose is to scout out the nearby secondary schools. The tram stop is right outside, and Glenferrie Road, which is nearby, has many restaurants. However, if you plan on sightseeing around the city, it's quite a distance from the CBD. Getting to the city takes a long time waiting for public transport. On the other hand, if you're driving, this hotel is very convenient. We didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't comment on the food.

The environment is great and the rooms are clean, but there's an extra parking fee. Parking is only allowed within the yellow lines, and if you return too late, there won't be any spaces available.
