It’s a good place to stay.

Nice location and staff. Room was kind of rundown and you can hear the people next to you fairly easy. There was a rooster that woke us up every morning around 4am and would not stop crowing for hours so make sure you wear ear plugs if your room is beside the 9-5 restaurant.

The Duval location was the only good thing about this property. There are only 8 parking spots for the entire resort and if lucky you get a spot, you must leave the key in the front desk in case they have to move it. We were given a unit in an old cottage across the street from the resort, unit 204, the queen bed unit type unit. It was super small and the bathroom was horrible. The tub was rusted and taped with with white tape to hide the damage, no handle bars and very slippery. It was 96 outside and the wall unit could not cool the small unit to the point I bought a small fan in Home Depot since the ceiling fan was just blowing air. The free breakfast was just a plain continental style with no extras. Will not stay in this place again. Not worth what they charge for the unit.

We love this quaint Hotel, and come once a year. Everyone is wonderful and helpful, it's like old Florida in well maintained rooms. Pet friendly too, which is important to us. We can't wait for our return trip next year, we miss it already!

What a great little get away in Key West. Great location and adorable, shaded courtyard with pool, swing chair, eating area with tables and chairs and continental breakfast. Not fancy but clean, comfortable and a Key West vibe right off of Duval Street near shops and restaurants!

The staff was fantastic and had a lot of helpful accurate advice on the town. Check-in was a breeze and it was so good to have parking. It ia hard to find in key westZ

I really liked my stay here. The "house" had a lot of character, room was adequate and clean, great location, staff friendly, breakfast good. I'll definitely stay here again.
