Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

I booked a room with a view based on the map on Ctrip (Figure 1), but the room I received had no view at all (Figure 2). The female receptionist had poor service awareness and an arrogant attitude; while guests were in long queues, she would chat for a long time with people she knew. The most disappointing thing was that although the hotel was built along the coast, there was no way to go into the sea. The beach was surrounded by rust-colored seawater (Figure 3), and the swimming pool was also small. Those who like to swim in the sea should think twice before booking. In short, this is a hotel with poor value for money.

For how expensive it was, it wasn't as nice as it looked in the photos. They overcharged me, and when I went to complain, they told me I had to wait for an email that hadn't arrived yet. I don't recommend it.

The hotel is very dated and needs urgent renovation. $400 for one night for two beds isn't worth it. The food and drinks were very expensive. A can of COVID-19 cost $8, etc. Some of the check-in staff were very rude. The sea wasn't like the picture either...

The room facilities are relatively new, but the service is very poor and the hygiene is not in place. The management of the public areas is good. The hotel has a full holiday atmosphere and has its own beach.

The location of the hotel is of high quality, and the facilities and environment are good. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the typical American breakfast in the morning is very comfortable to sit outside and enjoy. Worth a visit!
