Room and location were great!

The outdoor pool is heated! It was the perfect place for the kids to swim! The bedding was clean and the privacy was perfect.

Overall it was good, the service was good, the front desk staff was very patient, and introduced the various facilities and opening hours carefully and in detail at the beginning. The supplies in the room were also very complete, and the toiletries were all L'Occitane.

The room is great and clean, the service attitude of the staff is also super good, the hotel bar and swimming pool are also very good, and parking is convenient! key west is really beautiful

The villa is well built, but one thing I have to mention is that there are cockroaches in the room, and there are a lot of them. I won't say much about the rest, you can choose for yourself.

Very good hotel worth it

The location is good, but the sound insulation on the first floor of the villa is poor. People on the upper floor get up at 6 in the morning and walk around in the room, and the sound below us is like an earthquake.
