The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from Duval Street. The check-in time is a bit short, only until 5 pm; we arrived at 5:30 and there was no one there to greet us. However, they have a good system in place for you to check in without issues. The pool area is very pleasant, and the breakfast is standard. The rooms have large windows, so depending on where you stay, people might be able to see in from outside. It's possible to find free street parking, it's not abundant, but it's a matter of patience; we found some about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, we were very comfortable, I would return to the hotel and recommend it.

We had a great Valentine's Day weekend getaway at the Heron House! You have a perfect location where you can walk to everything. The parking is a bit crazy, but it is Key West & a busy holiday weekend. The room was clean & very comfortable. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Love having coffee & breakfast right outside our door! We will be back to visit again!

Very kind Stuff. Great breakfast with muffins Omelette suasage and a huge variety of cereals. Everything u want beside bacon. Room is huge and well equipped. Close to duval street but silent if a loud motorbike doesnt drive by

Room was situated near the breakfast location so noisy early morning. No cabines to hangout the clothes.

It's for people who want to get up late. Breakfast supposed to be served ar 8, but usually it happened at 8:15, Breakfast is good, freshly made. Front desk person available from 8 to 5. Good value in comparison to other hotels at Key West starting at $500 per night.
