I checked in during the off-season and was upgraded to a room with a balcony. The yard and rooms look great, and the location is very convenient. But I didn’t expect that the old-fashioned window air conditioner was as loud as a tractor. It was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep at all one night~ The equipment in the old house has not been upgraded. If you want to sleep well, choose carefully.

This is a lovely place to stay when in Key West! Very safe area, close and walkable to Duval St, many nearby restaurants … the staff are warm and welcoming! Beds are comfy- highly recommend!!!

Quiet place and room was big with a double shower plus an outside deck ! Friendly staff and you cannot beat the location. One of our favorite places. Breakfast is limited but just enough to get you going.
