The service was quite good. The aircon didn’t work. The staff kindly helped me change another room.

It was overall ok. Probably the only hotel in keystone?

No matter how we adjusted the air conditioner in our room, the temperature wouldn't go up. It was freezing cold all night and made a loud rumbling noise, so we couldn't sleep well at all.

For two consecutive days, no one cleaned the room, and the trash wasn't collected. After contacting the front desk, they promised to clean it the next day, but still no one cleaned it. They said they were short-staffed.
