"Service was good! The toilets are also really clean, and the village around the resort is beautiful."
Clearwater Lofts by Vail Resorts
Hyatt Place Keystone / Dillon
"It was overall ok. Probably the only hotel in keystone?"
Gateway Mountain Lodge, A Vail Resorts Property
"Location is good. Elevator broke - no apologies from owner or property manager. Had to bring all bags down multiple levels to garage. Very dated units (5042). Garage ceiling so low that it damaged our ski racks. Code to pool didn't work and had to call property management company. Only 1 roll of Papertowels in unit and limited toilet paper. Will stay somewhere else in future."

"I booked a studio condo through ******* for a romantic night away for me and my husband. When we arrived we were given a condo with two twin beds that were set up foot to foot in what looked like a hallway. We called the front desk and all they could say was that ******* gives you the cheapest room available and that they had nothing else available for us to change to. In addition the credit card that we gave them for a damage deposit was randomly charged $75.88 2 days after we checked out. I received zero correspondence about this charge. I called the front desk and all they could tell me was that they didn’t see anything in their system under my account indicating any additional charges and that their billing specialist would call me when he comes in within the next few days. They could give me zero reassurance that my card wouldn’t be charged again for something else. I HIGHLY do not recommend stating at their property."
Timbers & Lone Eagle by Vail Resorts
"I booked this condo because it was ski in/ski/out at Keystone and heard Keystone was great to ski. I booked through Vail/Epic as I am a pass holder. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. When we arrived and got into the condo, we did not find any complimentary coffee or tea in the "lobby" so went out to find some waters and food. We went to put our skis in the locker but there was no key for our unit. We also tried to hook up to the Wi-Fi but there was none for our unit. When we got back, we tried to shower but there was no hot water. We also tried the fireplace and that didn't work. We called the front desk. We were told they would bring the locker key the next day, we should use the next units Wi-Fi, and they would send someone to check out the hot water. We said to come the next morning as we were exhausted. We went out to ski and during the day I called to check on the water and they said someone was there and said the hot water was good. But you had to put it on the cold setting. There was work done in that unit and the hot and cold was reversed. They never warned us. When we returned after skiing, we tried to take a shower, and the water was warm at best and hardly any pressure as it was on the cold setting. This was so unacceptable. And I noticed the counter had something sticky on it...ew. We left early the next morning and called to speak with a manager, so the rep offered us a 20% discount for our troubles. That was inadequate for not having hot water! The manager was not in, so they said he'd call back. He did not call. After 5 days of leaving messages, I finally called and got his boss's email. I sent her an email and explained our problems. She said a 20% discount was adequate and anything else, let her know. I immediately sent her a response to which after another week have not heard back. Just and FYI we paid over $750 plus taxes a night and it was unit 3063. Such a shame that I will not stay at any Vail management resorts from now on and highly suggest you do the same. There is no recourse for such inadequate accommodations and such poor customer service. Stay away!!!"

"Don't stay here! We were here for several days - TVs don't work, huge dust balls and literally NO WATER in the unit (shower, toilets, sinks, all of it). Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!"
